Fix probmax issue for SSD_DirectCP model

Description

These modifications fix the initialization bug in the SSD_DirectCP model. The bug fix includes a separation of the amplitude calculation into a dedicated function. This function is called at initialization and generation. At initialization, a scan over polar angle in parent's rest frame is performed to find the maximal possible probability. The implemented solution is inspired by the EvtRareLbToLll model.
After the bug fix the reference test output files for vector and tensor daughters have to be updated.
