Fix EvtSLDiBaryonAmp bugs, update EvtBcVHad for psi Ks K and new EvtBsMuMuKK model.

Essentially a copy of the code added to the master branch today along with extra
modernisation changes, e.g. unique pointers and using override for virtual functions.
