Description

Define a code formatting style and set of naming conventions for the project, as well as procedures for contributing code to the project.

Specifically:

  • Create a clang-format configuration file to define this: T111
  • Define and document a set of guidelines for things that clang-format can't deal with, such as naming conventions etc. T113
  • Define procedures for bug reporting, code review, etc. and document all of this in a CONTRIBUTING.md file: T114
