This was the NLO "lab" started by Specki and completed by WK, so the refactoring
of the original WHIZARD 2.0/2.1 core for the NLO infrastructure. Fully merged with
the trunk in r3975 on September 25, 2012, which ended the 18 months "Durststrecke"
from release 2.1.1 to 2.2.0.
