Added option LogNonDefault in EventGenerator to print out all
interfaces which are not at their default value. Also added
possibility in InterfaceBase to flag an interface as having no default
value (and will therefore not be checked in LogNonDefault).
Furthermore, added possibility to specify a default value on a
per-object basis in BaseRepository (the 'newdef' command).
