The default minGammaEnergy and maxGammaEnergy was being overwritten by inputParameters when undefined in slight.in (0,0). Changed the code such that the default is overwritten by the default parameters (6,600000).
Updated the slight.in.dpmjet to include the gamma for both beams. There is more work needed on the dpmjet side of the code to bring it up to date.
