Fixed Serious bug in ScannerScore/ScannerSModels/2HDM/ScannerSTwoHDM.cpp where in the physical states determination function alpha was not being computed correctly. Also fixed a serious bug in ScannerSModelclasses.cpp in the part where the user defined mixing matrix is used instead of an internally generated one. Basically added a line at the end which recomputes some matrices (based on such rotation matrix) which was also there at the end of the else for the other case (internally generated matrix). Also re-adjusted the values in the .potential file for the 2HDM such that checkbounds is on again, and rare points (due to numerical glitches) are thus ignored by checking the bounds. Also arhived some code for the 2HDM at the end of ScannerSTwoHDM.cpp for the case we need to go back to this problem (hopefully not)
