wholesale refactoring of Rosetta structure. File structure moved around: bases folder to store Basis implementations, bin for executables, interfaces upgraded to separate packages, Cards moved inside the Rosetta package, README moved inside. Basis.py refactored into a package to split up some of the functionality: translator, checkers, io etc.. settings.py module tweaked slightly to reflect global state options specified by used e.g. silent etc.. session.py module created for managing output w.r.t settings options and queries, general interface. Relative import structure revamped.
