Re-bundling yaml-cpp, now built as a mangled static lib based on the LHAPDF6 experience. Adding libtool-kill-dependency_libs.sh, to allow use of a temporary static librivet-yaml-cpp.a without screwing up dependencies. Various other clean-ups and collateral modification to the build system and yaml-cpp interface along the way.
