The new validation framework is now functional, although it may need
some more testing. Right now only the LEP analysis have been supplied
by a "Validation" tag. The bin/rivet-mkvaldir, which creates a
Makefile in a directory whete the validation should be run is
currently not being installed, nor is the validation (LEP) YODAs
(which could live in {prefix}/share/Rivet/valref).
