Improvements for NLOHisto1D, thanks to Marek Schoenherr:

• add fillBin method
• introduce finalize() method which can be used if one doesn't want to ignore the last event (set)
• sync also under/overflow
• only fill for non-empty bins, otherwise the numEntries of the final histogram will be wrong
