Adding two new bootstrap scripts, one for Rivet 1.x and the other for 2.x. Both install only from tarballs, i.e. no more super-complex dev-mode, at least for now. They are also both shell scripts again, rather than Python, and don't do any complicated command line parsing stuff... back to basics!
