Re-labeling as 0.3.0b3 - there's a problem with the mkfeyndiag script that I added, because there are two instances of OptionParser. I'm sure we can fix this and it will also make PyFeyn more library-like if it just has a set of default options which can be used to extend any other parser-based frontend.
