Fixes T2K CC1pip on CH signal defintions that I had broken in a previous tidy up. Further modifies the STV helper methods to make their usage clearer. The MINERvA phase space versions are moved to MINERvAUtils to stop future confusion, and phase-space-restriction-less helper methods that take the highest momentum proton have been added to FitUtils.
