NOTE: FitEvent doesn't reset FitParticle properties each time it is returned. This allows the EnergyShuffler to affect changes in the input truth info before it is passed to any other smearcepters.
Adds EnergyShuffler. Similar to a smearcepter but alters the FitEvent
so cannot be used exactly like the other Smearcepters. Is currently
implemented in MetaSimpleSmearcepter.
Adds VisECoalescer. Stacks up VisEDeposits by PDG so that
multiplicity info is lost.
