Adding in ANL all W cuts and all the Phil/Callum corrected data

Specify desired sample by change the type in the card file:
sample ANL_CC1ppip_XSec_1DEnu_nu GEN:PATH_TO_GEN W14/UNCORR

for uncorrected W < 1.4 GeV data

Default is to use corrected no W cut data
