Fixed a covariance matrix dimensions bug. Fixed several bugs in JointMeas1D that meant plots weren't being automatically scaled. Fixed a binning bug in MINERvA CCinc 1Dx ratio introduced during the constructor changes. Made GetSampleNorm return 1.0 if enum not found. Better parsing of listsamples script. Added tracing to error messages and enabled it by default for now.
