Cleaning up MINERvA and T2K single-TKI implementation to have less code duplication, validated that it reproduces previous result. Update to flat-tree single-TKI so that it uses the highest momentum proton if there are many. Before it selected the highest momentum proton in the 450 to 1200 MeV range with theta less than 70. Also add Adler angles to flat-trees
