Added quick and dirty preloading script to copy event files to a working directory, and clean the directory once job is finished. nuispreload -copy sample.xml (copies all files from sample.xml to current directory and makes a new updated card file 'preload_sample.xml'. nuispreload -clean sample.xml (Removed the root files that were copied originally.)
