Implement matrix element for g -> H contracted with FKL current

This supersedes the effective g -> Hg current, which missed the fact
that e.g. the configuration g g -> H g g is actually LL and not NLL.
This affects ~150 of the reference phase space points. The respective
reference matrix element squares typically change by a factor of
about 2, but up to ~55 for a single phase space point.
