Tried to revive the binDilemmaDemo as an ipython notebook. I tried to use a Monte Carlo in order to figure out the uncertainties for the values of xKink given by fitting two histograms with different bins. However, it is not working as I expected.

I will need to check the ChiSq function from Bob Cousins' paper again. Also, I
will try to talk to a statistics expert to ensure that I am not trying something
insane.
