New particles information structure

Summary:
Singleton introduced to handle particles info collection
Objects renaming in PDG for clarity
Updated the Python cards parser to redefine PDG object and allow its propagation to the list of handled particles
Unicode naming of special characters in particles name
Stripped the HI mass calculator from the particleproperties namespace
Particle properties object can now be retrieved directly from parameters list; other improvements propagated downstream
Hardcoded python objects names now in constexpr's
