Added outgoing electron to HepMC3 event record

moved templates, production and slight.in into trunk/

Add HepMC3 compatibility

Removed unused variables to stop compiler warnings

Added function to flip Z of event. Currently turned off by default.

Update to eTTreemaker.C macro. Removed assert() for compatibilty with C++11.

Remove compiler errors
