Description

The Laura++ svn repository is to be migrated to git.
The documentation (i.e. the source of the journal paper) and the code should be separated into two repositories.

Have created the rLAURA and rLAURADOCS git repositories, which are currently only visible to Laura members.
The svn repo (rLAURASVN) is now read-only.
Once the git repos have been checked, they can be made public.

The git repository for the code is now public and has been announced on the mailing list.
The repository for the documentation will remain visible only to Laura members.
