Linear interpolation always enabled for 1D histogram PDFs

Description

Regardless of the linear interpolation boolean supplied to Lau1DHistPdf at construction, the resulting PDF always uses linear interpolation.
Appears to be a bug in Lau1DHistPdf::checkNormalisation, which disables and then enables interpolation, regardless of the original setting.
