Added Belle and Belle2 suffixes to json file checker. Added Belle/2 example tests. This is associated with [!44](https://gitlab.cern.ch/evtgen/evtgen/-/merge_requests/44) and [T274](https://phab.hepforge.org/T274).

Fix bug whereby specifying 5th parameter of BTOXSLL model would cause first 4 to be ignored. Added tests for the bug - required small modifications to json file checker.
