local copy of the BackgroundJetScalarPtDensity class).

progress towards cleaning the class:
. added the option to retreive the info when calling operator()
. replaced unfolding with improved_subtraction
. with FJ-3.1 a call with just mu uses improved subtraction
(jets are obtained from _bge->jets_used())
. for FJ<3.1 improved subtraction is set by providing mu and
adidtional info to cluster the jets.

added alternative form for improved subtraction for testing + a
